Here’s a new Pro Comp suspension lift for you off-road enthusiasts who own Jeep TJ’s vintage 1997 through 2002. It’s a four-inch system that will allow you to run 35-inch tires and acquire a little more clearance for those rock gardens. Pro Comp Suspension has applied racing technology to create a dual sport, long arm suspension package for 97-02 Jeep TJ 6cyl with automatic transmissions. This new 4” TJ Long arm system maintains a lower roll-center for unparalleled off road stability, superior articulation and excellent on road performance. The lower arms are fabricated from laser cut 3/16” thick steel plate for outstanding durability and come equipped with aerospace grade high angle rod ends and long lasting polyurethane bushings.
Adjustable length front upper arms are included to optimize pinion angle and alignment specifications. A rear truss strengthens the axle housing and provides a mounting point for the rear 4-link arms. This gives ideal rear suspension geometry and helps eliminate torque steer. The high clearance belly pan integrates attachment points for the lower arms and adds chassis rigidity.
A removable center pan allows easy service access for the transmission and transfer case. Stage II systems include MX6 adjustable front and rear shocks for outstanding ride comfort and handling. Stage I systems are available with ES9000 shock absorbers to deliver factory ride quality. 4” of lift allows the use of 35” x 12.50” tires on 15”+ diameter rims up to 8” wide with up to 4.25” backspacing.
